Cancel before we confirm
Open your order page and press Cancel order while the order is still waiting for confirmation. It costs nothing.
After we confirm
Call or message the shop on WhatsApp. If the driver has not left yet we cancel at no cost.
Nothing is charged before delivery
You pay only when the order arrives, in cash, so a cancelled or undelivered order has nothing to refund.
At the door
Check the cylinder type and condition. You can refuse a wrong, damaged or leaking cylinder, and you pay nothing for it.
A problem after delivery
Contact the shop as soon as you can. If a cylinder we delivered is faulty, we replace it or give back what you paid for it.
