About these terms
These terms cover using gas-alharbi.com and ordering from Gas Al-Harbi. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
You choose what you need and confirm the order. The price and any delivery fee are shown before you confirm. An order is accepted when the shop confirms it, which you can follow on your order page. We may decline an order outside Jeddah or one that looks fake.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Saudi riyals as shown on the site when you order. You pay the driver in cash on delivery. There is no online payment and no charge that is not shown before you confirm.
Delivery
We deliver within Jeddah during the shop's working hours. Orders placed while the shop is closed are delivered after it opens. Someone needs to be at the address to receive the order, and for a refill the empty cylinder is handed to the driver.
Safety
Use and store gas cylinders according to safety guidance, away from heat and in a ventilated place. Check the cylinder when it arrives and do not accept one that is damaged or leaking. Orders must be placed by an adult aged 18 or over.
Accounts
Keep your password private and tell us if someone else uses your account. We may close accounts used for fake orders. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Cancellations and refunds
The refund and cancellation policy explains how to cancel and what happens if something is wrong with a delivery.
Your rights and the law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Saudi law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Fonts and map data
The site uses the Readex Pro and IBM Plex Mono typefaces under the SIL Open Font License and map data © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence. The drawings are the shop's own.
Changes
If we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page. The terms in force when you order apply to that order.
